Return Policy
A. Customized Product Return Rules
Customized products include any item manufactured according to your personal selections, such as preferred size dimensions, chosen fabric or material types, specific colour combinations, design or pattern variations, or any modification made from the standard catalogue model. Since these products are created exclusively based on individual requirements, they are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any normal circumstances. A replacement will be approved only if the product is proven to be damaged during transit or if an entirely wrong product has been delivered. Personal dislikes after delivery such as colour mismatch, comfort level, size interpretation, appearance, or general preference do not qualify for return or refund in any situation.
B. Return Eligibility Criteria
A return request will be considered valid only when the product arrives physically damaged due to shipping, contains a verifiable manufacturing defect that affects its usability, or if the delivered item does not match the model, specification, or order originally placed. No other reason whether personal preference, incorrect assumptions, slight variations, dissatisfaction, or expectation differences will be accepted as grounds for initiating a return.
C. Steps to Raise a Return Request
To submit a valid return claim, customers must follow the mandatory procedure. A request must be sent via email to support@torqueindia.co, including all essential details such as the order ID, customer contact information, and a clear description of the issue. All return claims must be raised strictly within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery; any claim submitted after this timeframe will be automatically rejected regardless of the situation. Proper documentation is compulsory, including a complete and continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully revealed, clear photographs of the damaged or defective areas, full images of the product from multiple angles, and pictures of both the outer and inner packaging, including labels and seals. If the outer box arrives in damaged condition, the customer must mention this on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip before signing; failure to do so may lead to the claim being considered invalid.
D. Important Return Restrictions
Returns or replacements will not be accepted under any circumstance if the product has been used even briefly, installed or assembled after delivery, modified, repaired, tampered with, or altered in any manner. Additionally, if any original packaging materials, tags, labels, seals, or protective layers are missing or damaged, the return request will be rejected. Customized products created based on personal selections are fully non-returnable. Items purchased during discounts, special offers, or sales are also not eligible for return. Furthermore, orders delivered to locations outside Torque’s serviceable zones are not eligible for return or replacement. Once any of these conditions are violated, no exceptions will be made.
E. Non-Returnable Geographical Locations
Torque does not accept return requests for orders delivered to non-serviceable or restricted regions, which include Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and Ladakh. Any order delivered to these regions is considered final and fully non-returnable, regardless of the issue raised.
