Shipping Policy:

We deliver all over India. Still in some areas it's difficult to reach. While placing the order, we give you the option of entering your pin code availability. We keep updating our pin codes, still if you don't get the delivery at your location you can get back to us, call us, message us & let us know so we can help you.

Delivery Process:

We use a variety of carriers to deliver your furniture order, depending on the size and weight of the item(s). Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. You will receive an email confirmation with the scheduled delivery date and time.

If you are not available at the scheduled delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Please note that additional fees may apply for missed or rescheduled deliveries.

White Glove Delivery:

For an additional fee, we also offer white glove delivery service, which includes the delivery of your furniture order to your desired room, assembly of your furniture, and removal of all packaging materials. Please note that this service may not be available in all areas.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the availability of the item(s) you ordered. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you to provide an updated delivery estimate.

Damage in Transit:

If your furniture order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellation after Shipping or at the Doorstep:

In case of cancellation of an order after shipping or at the doorstep, the customer will be liable to bear forward as well as reverse transportation/shipping charges as occurred by the company.
